We ship from suppliers & factories in the USA, Latvia, Spain and China. So, if you order more than one item, you might expect them to be shipped separately , as different factories specialize in different manufacturing areas. Shipping times vary from product to product, based on demand and shipping location. It usually takes 7 - 30 business days for all orders to arrive and a maximum of 40 business days.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 23:00 CET will not be shipped out until the next business day.
Will I have to pay international taxes or duties for shipping?
Final price is inclusive of tax and duties, however not all currencies have tax and duties included. Steam&Steel Store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
While you have the choice to pay in a different currency than EUR, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.
